A very pleasant welcome and a good night in this hotel for Christmas Eve. The rooms are not very large but are sufficient for a short stay. Clean, welcoming hotel on a human scale.

Air conditioning remote control broken. Window that doesn't close properly and is poorly insulated. Shower head that leaks.

The shower head is not working and the air conditioning is noisy so it can't be used for heating at night, all for 60 euros per night. I've known much cleaner and better equipped hotels for 50 euros per night. Welcoming and friendly staff, that will be the only good note.

The restaurant is worth the detour...especially the very tasty Landes salad.

The comfort rooms are of a very good size and well laid out. Comfortable bedding and decent bathroom. Very pleasant breakfast in a very nice room.
The only downside: in the corridor leading to our rooms we noticed a mound of waste? apparently linked to the renovation but not very aesthetic.

Nice place to be, nice restaurant and service.

When we arrived, a very nice gentleman informed us that the hotel was being renovated, that we would have a renovated room. When we entered our room, we realized that the toilets were, as it were, cluttered. When we complained, we were given another "renovated" room. Oops, we don't have the same translation of the word renovated. Indeed, the shutters do not close and the renovation leaves something to be desired. Only the bedding is good.
The restaurant that works with the hotel is closed on weekends. Perfect! As the hotel is in a commercial area, you have the choice between tapas and MacDo. Perfect again!
Breakfast is brief.

Great hotel, very well located opposite the A bus stop which leads to the transfer hub.
The rooms are clean, the bar and restaurant are quality. The staff is top notch

Arrived around 16pm and the room wasn't even ready (the maid was not responsible at all)! We couldn't rest... Very cramped room for 3: bathroom switch also turned on the toilet, it was like they had added a 3rd bed, socket to recharge the phone right at our head!
The manager had warned us that they were in the middle of renovations but not for ours and we took note.
Apart from all that, we had a good laugh and it will stay in our memories...
