The next morning we went up to the reception to discuss the matter but all they said was that they would look at the surveillance cameras and discuss it with management.
To all of us, this is unacceptable behavior and the guy should be fired. Until then, don't go there.

Briefly beforehand we heard that there was also no reception available.
We had to access the enclosed area with a code and then get into the hotel with another code. This didn't work well at first and the person we could call for help only spoke French.
Instead of the friendly, convivial atmosphere we are used at this hotel, we found ourselves in a very poorly lit entrance hall and went to our room.
In the morning there was still no one at reception but only one friendly staff member supervising breakfast.
Room fine, breakfast fine, but without the good restaurant, without any atmosphere and no help if we might need anything, we have decided that this was our last time.

On the other hand, the cleaning lady who barely knocks and half-enters your room is not crazy.
I think the housekeepers should check with reception to see if the rooms have been vacated.

As for the reception, there is none, we did not see anyone, everything is robotic.
Be careful, the weekend starts on Friday morning and the restaurant is closed...
To restore you, only Mac do is open...

Staff was very keen to have us finish our meals. Seemed in a hurry. Maybe that is in the name Fasthotel? ;)

the room key in an automatic system, etc..., etc,..... A television remote control without instructions.....
A room for 2 people with toiletries for 1 etc...etc...
