Original, functional hotel but some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness (quite dirty shower head, questionable piece of paper found at the foot of the bed, etc.)

Call at 12 noon on February 12, 2025 for a change of hotel for the evening. Apparently there was a water problem in the fast hotel. So we were put up at the comfort hotel. The room was not as I had booked at the fast hotel. In fact, the room was 10-12m2 max for 2 (room for 3). We couldn't even close the bathroom door to go to the toilet. In the end, we may have paid a lot more compared to booking the 2 desired rooms. I'm still waiting for the commercial gesture from the management to offer us the 4 breakfasts because everything was debited on February 12 when I arrived without giving my card back.
Also, since the hotel was further away, we had to take the tram to go to the show rather than walking.
I hope to have a favorable response to my request.

Average quality of croissants

We came for one night, the things to review which I think are not insurmountable, a door in good condition will allow better insulation, both on the heating calories and outside noise.

Very good hotel, lack of hotel signage for guests who do not know the area. The room is missing a chair. Very good bedding. Very comfortable room.

Disappointed, the number of parking spaces is not in relation to the number of rooms, conclusion search for parking nearby.
However, the site highlights private and secure parking, which is a decision-making factor for the customer when booking.

To be avoided ... Noise of air conditioning ... Outside and inside in the walls .... Noise of factory with refrigerated truck !!!! Smell of cooking from this factory .... Our air conditioning flooded our things .... The hotel does not care. They were aware and zero excuses .. no commercial gesture they do not care .. Breakfast room not air conditioned while it is indicated air conditioned .... Below 30 degrees very unpleasant .... Honestly horrible hotel !!!!!!! Old, ugly, Noisy smells !!!!!!!!

A hotel not worthy of the name. I spent (or rather survived) a night in this "hotel". I didn't expect much but at least cleanliness. Bed infested with dust and hair. Result: asthma attack, sleepless night. Arrival at 23:30 p.m., hasty departure at 6:30 a.m. Air conditioning leaking... on the TV! Impossible to get someone at reception to fix the problem. I didn't even try to be compensated, I just left as quickly as possible!!!
I hope the other rooms are not of this standard. But for my part, I strongly advise against it!!!!

Perfect hotel for a short stay, room mounted on a container system with exterior plywood, so midle noise insulation, but passable. A lick of paint to freshen up the exterior and cobwebs in the stairwell would not be a luxury, but correct rates in correspondence

I fell the week when the air conditioning wasn't working with 30°c outside... tough but no luck.
I didn't eat there so I don't know about the rest.

Despite a reservation on the hotel website, I did not have a room reserved when I arrived. And, there were no more rooms available. They directed me to another hotel!!!

The welcome was very pleasant, the room was worth the price, clean, but the big negative point was no wifi so it was impossible to work and unbearable heat, it was better outside. I asked why there was no remote control for the air conditioning: the answer was that management refuses to turn it on for the moment.....I suppose to save money. It's a shame!
Another downside is that we had to park outside the car park because there wasn't enough space, which is very annoying when you choose a closed car park to protect your car.

Unpleasant musty smell, the noise is infernal, no soundproofing, do not take a room on the ground floor!!

Hotel supposedly air-conditioned but the air-conditioning doesn't work and the TV doesn't work

The price is extremely attractive for one night, but poor insulation and noisy customers, and noise from the main road not far away rather annoying, 3 sheets left on the toilet paper roll, bedspread with holes from cigarettes, one room with a mini kettle, one without anything, why? in short, for one night it's ok...

Overall it was good for an overnight stay when traveling through France. The room was a little small but adequate. Restaurants nearby. Carpark is safe and secure.
Only negative was when we came back to our room after dark none of the street lights were on, it was very dark finding our way from the car to our room.

Very small room. We had taken twin beds because we were traveling for work, between the two beds there was a leg's space, that's all, and we still spread them as far apart as possible. The bathroom is also very small. Compared to the price, we were very disappointed with the room. Fortunately it was only one night.

Good breakfast. The only downside is the welcome. Staff not very pleasant and we asked for breakfast and we were told we will maybe open at 7:30 or 8 or maybe not at all. Not very practical for us who had to be ready at 8:30 max.

Following a heating incident we were placed in the Comfort Hotel.
The welcome and the staff are pleasant. The breakfast was correct considering the price.
However, the comfort is not at all present. The bedding is passable, the bathroom very narrow, a radiator made noise every 30 seconds.
On the other hand, the hotel is unbeatable in terms of price.

We could not stay at this hotel because there was no water. It was only when we arrived at the hotel that we were informed even though they had our phone number. Not very commercial. They directed us to another hotel and we had to turn back. What a waste of time. We are not satisfied

Fashtotel is a budget chain. The price/quality ratio is very good.
The pluses, the bedding and the cage and tea available in the room
The Orleans establishment would require a refresh of the shower cubicle and the floor of the room.
After these improvements, the price could be revised upwards.
