The air conditioning control is inoperative; if it displays 20° or 26°, the room temperature does not change...
You can't turn off the air conditioning from the bedroom, the on/off button doesn't work...
Hair on the bed...
Quite a big leak (known to the staff) under the sink at the drain, as soon as you turn on the water... towels are placed under the leak to absorb...
