the management of this hotel has no training in the hospitality industry. : one stained towel for 2 people. half a paper roll.broken brush in the toilet. tiny garbage in the bathroom. The curtain came down and the heat pump was not working. outside the lawn not mowed.. garbage lying around and cardboards here and there. with care and cleanup it could be a nice motel.
therefore we were not attracted to breakfast.

Reservation made online. I had commented on access for people with reduced mobility.
Apart from having a room on the ground floor, there is a large threshold bar at the entrance to the room, not to mention the step to access the shower and its small size which is not at all suitable for people with reduced mobility. The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves something to be desired.

This hotel is dirty, mold on the walls, insects in the room and in the bathroom. The room was dilapidated and dirty. We reported our dissatisfaction the next morning on the day of departure another family made the same remark at the reception. The person at the hotel reception did not apologize.
