- Coming from Tours Centre: towards Chartres via the N10. After the Auchan shopping centre (la petite Arche), take the first right at the second roundabout.
- Coming from Le Mans and Angers: take the ring road, direction A10. At the 6th roundabout, turn left towards Chartres (N10) and then at the 1st roundabout, take the 1st right.

There were two of us: one towel was missing.
Given the small size of the bathroom, a bath mat to soak up any spills...
The room ticket did not show the correct room number.

Aside from the pleasant welcome, everything else was very disappointing. Breakfast offered very little choice. The sheets looked poorly washed, with visible stains. There was dust everywhere, the bathroom grout was black, and the bottom of the shower curtain was blackish, a sign of neglect.
The shower was also very makeshift: the shower head was connected to the sink tap, which is far from practical and does not give a good impression.
The staff's welcome unfortunately did not reflect the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms at all. I am very disappointed with my stay.
