Very nice home.
Clean room, bed linen, towels even renewed for 2 nights.
I will normally return there one night a week during my training courses in Chambray-lès-Tours.

No Wi-Fi, TV remote control not present. Room change request not respected
No soundproofing, you can hear the person in the room above moving around,
Finding children playing ball around cars is not normal.
The bedroom needs to be repainted, the shower head is broken and the shower is too small.

I had booked two rooms with two single beds for four adults. When I arrived, I discovered that we had two rooms with double beds. I asked for one of the rooms to be changed to have two single beds. When I arrived at the hotel at 23pm, I discovered that we had two double beds... I called the night porter on the phone who told me that I had accepted two double beds. What BAD FAITH... Cleanliness, the quality of the food, it is very secondary when there is bad faith. My colleagues had to take it upon themselves to sleep in a single bed. Witnesses confirm that I did not accept two double beds. I am myself of foreign origin, and if we do not speak French well it is not serious but it means that we are not competent to provide correct customer service.
I ask for a commercial gesture: €6. Taking the piss.
By the way, I'm still waiting for my bill....

Dirty hotel room, spider web, dirty wall, very dirty radiator, bathroom door with a hole, broken toilet seat, toilet under toilet very dirty,
Zero hygiene.
