Porte de chambre soit disant se ferme automatiquement, personne ne pouvant rentrer de l'extérieur hors ce n'est pas la réalité.

Certes c'est un hôtel premier prix, mais l'entretien et l'hygiène ne doivent pas être négligés pour autant !!

I've regularly noticed that when booking through online platforms (booking.com, hotels.com, etc.), customers often get the least attractive rooms, frequently with problems. These customers are treated poorly, probably because of the price.

For arrivals after 20pm, the website advises calling the hotel. But on Sundays, no one answers the phone.
Breakfast is offered but opening hours are not known and on Monday morning, at 7:15 am, everything was closed.

Refund request submitted, no response; their way of handling customer requests is as deplorable as their rooms.
