Very noisy environment

But there was a big cleanliness problem. The shower was completely clogged. It was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. I removed the drain, which was full of grime. Despite this, it was still clogged. I reported it to the receptionist the next day, who told me he would take the necessary action.
Another major negative point: the presence of cockroaches, seen in the bathroom but also in the bedroom. Not very pleasant to sleep in these conditions.
It's a real shame because the hotel and the staff are really nice. I think we should have more resources, employ more staff or give them more time for cleaning.

And warn hotel guests that the noise must stop after a certain time.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and we didn't even stay one!!! 220€ spent for nothing!!! I had to take rooms in a nearby hotel and pay again of course!! I sent an email to the fasthotel customer service!!! I am really very unhappy

Very nice home.
Clean room, bed linen, towels even renewed for 2 nights.
I will normally return there one night a week during my training courses in Chambray-lès-Tours.
Decent breakfast.

Despite a small bathroom, we appreciated having a real shower cubicle with a door and not a curtain.
