The prices published on the website fasthotel.com are always just an indication. Prices can vary depending on cities and time periods. Please consult the conditions on the descriptions of each hotel and for online reservations, please check specific conditions upon booking. The prices indicated refer to each room each night and do not include local tourism taxes. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00pm the latest.
How to book and Early Booking offers
In order to benefit from the “early booking” offer, pre-payment is obligatory with a card. “Early booking” reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, are not refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other current promotions.
Each hotel reserves the right to carry out a pre-authorisation check on the credit card used upon booking, and to cancel the booking if the card is not valid. To get bookings at the best price, we encourage you to book directly with your Fasthôtel and Relais Fasthôtel hoteliers -
- Via our online central reservation service using the search box and the links on the website fasthotel.com
- Directly by telephone
- By email using the addresses available on each “hotel description” on the website fasthotel.com. If you need to arrive after 19:00pm, please telephone the hotel before 19:00pm to organise key collection.
If you are unable to fulfil your reservation, you can cancel up to 14:00pm on the day before your arrival by using the online reservation tab of the chosen hotel. If you do not complete your cancellation before the required time (before 14:00pm), you will be charged for the night. If you cancel your booking on the day before arrival but after the required cancellation time (before 14:00pm), the first night will be charged and following nights, if you have reserved more than one night, will be cancelled. If you forget to cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the first night and all other nights will be cancelled.
Accompanying Domestic Animals
Any domestic animals which you bring with you may or may not be accepted, depending on the hotel. This may also be free of charge or charged based on the indicated prices per day. This information is available in each of the hotel descriptions. Each client acknowledges that they have been informed that it is strictly forbidden to leave animals alone in the rooms.
Any person who does not respect the non-smoking rule in the rooms will risk being fined, the details of which you can find in the house rules of each hotel.
