Unacceptable hotel, never go there, take the money but no access to the room. This hotel is disgraceful.

The device outside, too complicated to check into a room despite booking online. I was unable to stay at this hotel. Too bad because the staff is very friendly.

The managers are extremely kind, whether it's for the welcome or for the information on where to eat or where to move the little dog? It made us laugh a lot.

I stayed at the Fast Hotel in Compiègne for two nights after my car broke down. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was rather minimalist. There was no fan or air conditioning in our room during this heatwave, making for a very difficult night in terms of heat. However, we recommend this hotel.

Easy to access, clean, warm welcome, the bathroom is quite simple and needs a facelift but for the price it's ok.

The floor under the bed was very dusty, the back of the TV too, you can see that the cleaning is not done thoroughly... the chromecast cable was missing, so we couldn't use the TV... it's quite a shame. Only one towel for two... a little disappointed by these small details, but apart from that the room was quite good for one night, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We will return to spend a night on occasion hoping that these minor details will be corrected by then.

For a one-night stopover it's sufficient, it's clean but dilapidated. The welcome is correct and the quality/price ratio is good. On the other hand, the express breakfast at €4 (a coffee, a glass of juice and a pastry) is a bit expensive for what it is.

During breakfast, we, several customers, were chatting about the fireworks of the day before that had brought us all together. A person came and demanded that the seated people leave if they had finished eating while there were still several places where everyone could have sat and been in a pleasant atmosphere. Coming to an event and then not being able to chat when there was room! No one intervened. I regret this incident that ruined a moment of sharing. I finished my coffee ...

Very simplistic welcome
Problem with our reservation via Booking. We are asked to pay while the payment was made on Booking but the hotel had not received the payment. The problem is resolved by phone between the employee and the hotel management while we wait. We finally have nothing to pay on site. But no apology, no word about this incident. We are given our card and room number and that's it.
I had also asked for a little note in the room for a birthday (a request to which I was responded favorably by email) which we unfortunately never received...
Another downside, the towels, there were 2 of us and we only had one large and one small towel. And no one at reception to ask for some.
Average cleanliness and lots of noise from slamming doors. Bathroom that could do with being updated.
Correct bedding, we slept well overall. Very close to Compiègne.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and did everything to satisfy us. We are very happy with our first stay in this hotel chain. The only downside is that the hotel is hidden deep in an industrial area.

The room itself is spacious, the black point comes mainly from the "bathroom". The latter is a cabin without a lock or shower curtain. Impossible not to get it everywhere during your shower. Furthermore, the hotel is not air-conditioned

As for breakfast, it was pretty ordinary but it wasn't available until 8am and we should have left by 8am!
In this category of hotels where, in general, we only pass through and do not linger for a copious breakfast, I find that, even if it was Sunday, it could have been available earlier.
