During breakfast, we, several customers, were chatting about the fireworks of the day before that had brought us all together. A person came and demanded that the seated people leave if they had finished eating while there were still several places where everyone could have sat and been in a pleasant atmosphere. Coming to an event and then not being able to chat when there was room! No one intervened. I regret this incident that ruined a moment of sharing. I finished my coffee ...

Very simplistic welcome
Problem with our reservation via Booking. We are asked to pay while the payment was made on Booking but the hotel had not received the payment. The problem is resolved by phone between the employee and the hotel management while we wait. We finally have nothing to pay on site. But no apology, no word about this incident. We are given our card and room number and that's it.
I had also asked for a little note in the room for a birthday (a request to which I was responded favorably by email) which we unfortunately never received...
Another downside, the towels, there were 2 of us and we only had one large and one small towel. And no one at reception to ask for some.
Average cleanliness and lots of noise from slamming doors. Bathroom that could do with being updated.
Correct bedding, we slept well overall. Very close to Compiègne.

One of the 2 rooms reserved was more than questionable from a cleanliness point of view, dead or half-dead midges in the room

The room is spacious and comfortable. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and did everything to satisfy us. We are very happy with our first stay in this hotel chain. The only downside is that the hotel is hidden deep in an industrial area.

The room itself is spacious, the black point comes mainly from the "bathroom". The latter is a cabin without a lock or shower curtain. Impossible not to get it everywhere during your shower. Furthermore, the hotel is not air-conditioned

We arrived late. So the reception was closed. Difficult to judge the quality
The room was clean but there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of paint.
We did not use the hotel internet
As for breakfast, it was pretty ordinary but it wasn't available until 8am and we should have left by 8am!
In this category of hotels where, in general, we only pass through and do not linger for a copious breakfast, I find that, even if it was Sunday, it could have been available earlier.

Impeccable value for money, easy to move, nothing to say, we were greeted with a big smile, I would say what is missing is a kettle to make coffee or tea, there is a microwave downstairs to be able to reheat if necessary because for me it is a certain time we can no longer access the machine to have tea or coffee

The price is attractive, the hotel offers 2 breakfast options.

Very friendly team, good atmosphere, lots of regulars. Family room with basic comfort (plastic shell bathroom like in Formula 1 with 2 in 1 shower/sink) but very correct. Quality TV with WiFi, Be in channel, daily newspapers... Several restaurants nearby and pizza service reheated on site. Breakfast room with slightly old-fashioned decoration but all-you-can-eat breakfast cheap, varied and good: 4 euros for children, 8 for adults, or even 4 euros for express breakfast.
Really very attractive price for a family room.

Good value for money. For a quick stay because the room is small. Clean. Only downside is the USB socket that didn't work in the room.

We arrived after reception opening hours and 1 of the 3 TLlamps was broken, 1.missing and 1 working. We were unable to report this at this time.so there was also no fix.
But all the rest was fine and I had a good nightsleep. I'm happy with my choice of Fasthotels. As before.

It is always a pleasure to stay in this hotel, excellent value for money and very friendly and welcoming staff.
A special mention for Cindy, very professional and attentive. ALL hotels would need a Cindy in their establishments!

Good value for money depending on the week, as prices vary a lot from week to week

we know this hotel that's why we went back for our family visit to Compiègne. for 4 nights from October 3 to 7, 2023. Everything went very well the first 3 nights, quiet, calm, good. But on the night from Friday to Saturday, a very noisy group went back and forth non-stop from room 5 and the next, banging on the doors, door alarms ringing, I intervened at 2 a.m. for a bit of peace. In addition, the emergency door at the end of the corridor had remained open blocked with a concrete block....... the night was short and restless, too bad.......

Very warm welcome, very friendly receptionist. Hotel very correct value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, needs major renovations. Aging bathroom with mold on the silicone around the door, desk area with wooden stool with peeling paint. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: croissant, chocolate bread, cheese, cold cuts, jam, honey, spread, cereals, tea, coffee, fruit juice, milk. Fairly large TV screen and good reception. Good bedding but with pillows lacking thickness. A noise from a door that slammed multiple times, probably the one for accessing the floors. But for one night good value for money. Internet not tested. Special mention to the staff. Thanks to them.
