Nice place to spend one or two nights. It lacks air conditioning, especially with temperatures over 30°C outside, but there is a fan in each room.

We were very hot, we couldn't open the window because it overlooked the corridor.
we will not return in the warm period.

Located close to Roissy airport, the hotel is easy to find.
Very accommodating staff regarding breakfast time.

The welcome from the gentleman at reception is the only positive thing I remember. The room is tiny, impossible for us to stay there. In summer, it is torture. The price is exorbitant compared to the quality of the services.

It's a shame that smokers who are outside don't allow people who don't like tobacco to have their quiet space with unstale air, without even being able to keep the bedroom window open §

One night in this hotel with breakfast, 80€, it's a bit excessive, if the cleanliness is basic, you shouldn't look in the corners of the shower for example, only hand washing liquid is available and moreover in the shower, the soundproofing is basic you can easily hear each other's conversations.... The location is good, the staff friendly but difficult to understand. The rooms are small, really very small.... So a fairly decent hotel but not for this price. 10€ less would be more reasonable.

The room was very clean and the bedding was of good quality.
The black point is on the internet connection in fact it was impossible for me to connect with a box (like Amazon fire stick) I had to switch to sharing the connection with my phone

Apart from that, nothing to complain about.

Excellent value for money for this hotel near Parc Astérix. The room is simple but very clean. The only downside is that the hotel isn't air-conditioned. I hadn't paid attention to this when booking. So avoid it during periods of extreme heat.

Nothing to complain about the welcome, the gentleman was super nice both when we arrived and when we left!
On the other hand, there was no air conditioning in the room and with the heat, my God, we didn't sleep well at all, especially with McDonald's right under our windows, it was a mess all night, so we had to close the window.
Honestly, the hotel is very good for sleeping. The room is small, but as I said, it's very good for sleeping, but avoid it in very hot weather.
I also find the price a bit expensive for the size of the room.

It's been a real struggle to get a receipt for the tourist tax I paid in cash. I'm still waiting, by the way....

I notified the hotel through the Booking.com email system that I would be arriving late probably around nine or 10 PM. They responded that if I arrived after check-in, there is an automated system for me to get my key. I arrived sometime after 10, after check-in had closed, and as was starting to figure out the automated check-in system, the manager/owner came out and retrieved me. Bringing me into the reception area and checking me in person. He was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I only stayed briefly because I needed a hotel close to the airport for my next morning flight. Although I thought all of the prices for a room that evening on the Booking.com website were a little high, this one was one of the lower priced rooms so I grabbed it I would recommend staying here and if needed, I would stay here again.

Very hot room with no air conditioning, forced to open the window to be invaded by mosquitoes due to a stream. Room neighbor smoked on the landing with the smell spreading throughout the room. The rooms are quite poorly insulated.

Room certainly cheap but really comfort that leaves something to be desired. No air conditioning and stifling heat, we couldn't open the door because of the presence of mosquitoes (we killed 11...). Room not at all soundproofed. The mattress was very thin and light, the pillows were hard, frankly I wouldn't come back. Bathroom ok

Receptionist on Saturday (14/06 at 21 p.m.) very friendly and welcoming, interested in her customers. Good night spent, just missing air conditioning in the rooms, but satisfied with the value for money.

€8,50 for breakfast is too expensive for what there is to eat at lunch.... There is not much choice in other hotels there is more stuff

For breakfast you can find apple juice, orange juice, not chocolate, croissant and cheese with coffee or hot chocolate.

The room is way too small for two heavyset people...

It is very poorly insulated in the evening we can hear trucks and cars passing by the neighbors opening and closing their doors, having to slam the door of room 15 which was ours to close it completely...

The shower door didn't close completely, there was a gap.

Well-located hotel, close to Parc Astérix. Easy access, secure parking. Friendly welcome. The double rooms are small but clean and functional. One downside is the triple room, which is a bit small. There's no storage space in the rooms. Nothing to say about the very decent breakfasts.

This stay at this hotel was a nice surprise for us. It is very well maintained, clean and the breakfast is very good.
