The walls are too thin, we can hear the neighbors as if they were taking a shower in our bathroom. Too much noise at breakfast (beeps from the machine in the room to wash the dishes. Cutlery and plates clattering to put them in the dishwasher...) the solution would have been to close the door but the staff refused to close it.

First stay at the FastHotel. The advantage is the presence of a toilet and shower in the room. But the room is very small, you hit your feet on the box spring when trying to get around the bed to move around the room. Too bad, the soundproofing is too light, you enjoy the television or the activity in the neighbors' toilets. I am disappointed that there is no room with 2 single beds, sleeping with your teenager is not necessarily easy!

Great hotel, only downside is the lack of respect from people at night, being woken up at 3:40 a.m. because of young people from the hotel who knock on the door followed by an argument, it disrupts sleep, there is no towel rack in the bathroom and the socket is poorly fitted

Did not have breakfast as we were leaving early at 5am. Had some small snacks in the evening for the morning.

The room was good except that the bed was a little small.

Breakfast was quickly dispatched because there was little choice, not even a pastry. The only advantage was that it was close to Parc Astérix, for one night, no more.

Not great, tiny room, no batteries in the TV remote control, so stuck on one channel (no button on the TV) and at 23pm, no one at reception. Otherwise a nauseating smell in the room coming from outside....horrible!!

Too bad there are no pastries (croissants and pain au chocolat) for breakfast.

Well located, quiet and clean hotel.

We were not very happy with our stay in the hotel. First of all, it was quite warm in the room and therefore we opened the window. Because of the absence of a hor, many mosquitoes entered the room. Apparently, previous visitors faced a similar problem as there were many remains of death mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling. Second and most important, there were many bedbugs and other bugs in the bed. When we told the receptionist about it the next morning, he didn't take it seriously and explained that the bugs were because of the harvesting season. Finally, the breakfast cost 15 euros for 2 persons and was way to expensive for what you really got (a few slices of toast bread, minimal choice in bread filling (only nutella, honey and jam) and some yogurt). All together, you cannot expect too much for the price you pay for such a room, but we were really disappointed about the hygiene; the bedbugs were not necessary. We would rather have paid a bit extra for a better hotel.

For one night, I recommend the hotel. Well located, it allows you to access the essentials quickly. However, improvements in terms of comfort can still be made. So, knowing that the climate is getting warmer, why not invest in an air conditioning system rather than these old fans that are useless and extremely noisy, preventing a well-deserved rest? On the other hand, we should think about calling in a mosquito control company because it is impossible to open the windows, we were literally invaded and had to ask for insecticide at reception. Finally, investing in more comfortable mattresses would be interesting.

Turn on the air conditioning?

Despite a slight lack of space in the room, nothing to say, very clean room, fairly quiet place, very welcoming staff and a great breakfast. As a one-night stopover between a day in Paris and a day at Parc Asterix, it was perfect.

Tiny room, unbearably hot inside. If we opened the window we were facing the stairs so everyone saw us sleeping and we were also invaded by mosquitoes. In addition, the outside lights that stayed on all night really bothered us.
We stayed two nights and the mattresses are marked with the footprints of previous guests, meaning we sleep in a hole in the mattress.
The leaking sink drain and the lack of a window in such a small bathroom make the whole room damp.
We found the breakfast expensive for the few products there were: fruit juice, coffee, brioche, cereals: €6,50, and no fresh products.
Positive point: the gate remains closed at night to keep our cars safe.

Hotel to avoid in summer, especially during heatwaves, non-air-conditioned establishment, the small fan provided was of more than average use. The room is tiny but clean. The mosquito repellent plug was more than necessary given the stagnant water located next to the hotel. As for breakfast, whose supplier is the local Leclerc store, it is better to go to the bakery next door! In addition, during our stay we had the tractor of a semi-trailer running (to air-condition the driver's cabin) under our window: thank you diesel smells and pollution!

Stains on the sheets

Apart from the mosquito invasion in the parking lot, it was pretty good.

Unsanitary rooms!
My daughter had a bed where the sheets had not been changed!!! Plagued smell in her room!
Breakfast where there was no more bread or sandwich bread on the second day; we asked for some but the staff told us there was none left.
The only positive point, close to all the restaurants and the Parc Astérix.

Dirty room. Bathroom floor with dirt. Hair in the bed and mosquitoes squashed everywhere in the room and especially in front of the toilet.

To be avoided!!!! Rodeo in the parking lots. Mosquitoes, no air conditioning! I found a previous customer's handbag under a bed. I returned it following recommendations because I found a telephone number. The customer herself was very unhappy with the service. It was put on her bag and it was not in her room.

My handbag disappeared in this hotel. After breakfast our room door was open. When I arrived home in Nantes I realized that my bag was missing (there was nothing but the papers and my glasses) so I called but apparently they found nothing in my room! This is theft. In addition, there were spiders and mosquitoes... in the room.

Communication about the reservation was poor. We only received a plain email with text-only confirmation. Managing the reservation via the website was impossible. No communication about check-in procedure. Room was very hot, windows could not be opened because of musquitos

Good hotel, despite a mosquito hunt when arriving in the room... around thirty mosquitoes killed, never seen before!!
And a huge mess in the McDonald's parking lot next to our room.
Despite everything, a good welcome and a good breakfast even if there was little choice, no savory food on the buffet.
