The reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 14 p.m. to 21 p.m., and on Sunday from 00 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Breakfasts are served Monday from 8am to 10am, Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 10am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8am to 10am.

- By bus: line C (Les Halles-Pech d'Alcy), La Coupe stop

- By the A9/A61 motorway, exit no. 38 Narbonne Sud, at the toll take the direction of Perpignan, straight on until the roundabout (Carrefour contact) take the direction of Perpignan, 1st right before the motorway bridge.
- Coming from the center of Narbonne, from Béziers by the RD 6009, from Carcassonne by the RD 6113 or from the beaches, take the direction of Perpignan RD 6009, after Géant-Casino, at the 1st roundabout continue straight, 1st right before the motorway bridge.
- Coming from Perpignan, turn around at the Renault roundabout.

Cooking is available, but only for 1 night and not in use.
This is a good location for visiting Carcasona and you can leave the coach in the hotel parking lot and then leave (15 minutes)
