Very warm welcome, small but clean room with air conditioning which was welcome given the heat in Rodez during our two nights at the hotel. The bathroom lacks good cooling, shower in the bathtub with high walls that you have to step over. People who are not flexible enough will have difficulty showering or bathing. Bathtub to be removed and replaced with a walk-in shower.

Please note for guests: the blackout curtains let in a lot of light in the morning (no shutters on the windows); and bathroom linen is not provided. Otherwise, everything is very good: clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bedding.

Double check-in. So much so that the receptionist woke us up at 21 p.m. by phone, while we were already asleep, exhausted from the journey. There was no way we could sleep after that, until midnight. While we were sorting out the problem the next morning to find out the technical details, the receptionist gave a completely inappropriate and unprofessional response, justifying herself by saying that "it wasn't a big deal to be woken up." Without any embarrassment. However, if you book a room, it's to sleep, not to worry about the hotel's check-in errors, which almost charged us twice for the night. The person added that there are worse things than being woken up, like being sick, for example... An unacceptable value judgment. The customers may also be sick, or may be making a trip for this, you don't know. An inappropriate response that makes fun of the customer. A professional would have simply expressed their regrets about this recording error and the very painful consequences for the following day's journey. Nothing more, nothing less. The rest of the services were adequate, thank you for those.

Hotel well located with a Flunch restaurant about 500m away.
The parking lot is not secure, which is inconvenient when you are travelling.
The downside is breakfast, where you have to ask for drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) at the counter. There's no vending machine like you find elsewhere. Furthermore, the milk was served cold; I had to ask the employee to heat it up!

Friendly welcome, but not overly familiar. The manager gets straight to the point. Quiet hotel in the middle of a shopping area, so no noise or disturbance once the shops close. Easily accessible. Comfortable, very well-maintained room.

We stopped for one night at this hotel on our way to our holiday destination! We didn't want to spend much on the room and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of the rooms and the welcome!
Spacious room with refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, no noise in the hotel or outside because the hotel is located opposite a commercial area parking lot, for once, no national road nearby!
