I stay in this hotel every year thanks to the quality of the welcome and especially the quality of the catering.

Last year, we enjoyed the breakfast more, more choice, like rusks or bread other than baguette. BUT still very welcoming. We appreciate the proximity of the hotel to the Palais du Littoral in Grande Synthe.

The rooms and bathrooms are dirty.

Very good reception on the other hand on arrival a few hairs in the shower and sink in the bathroom broken handle of the interior bathroom door broken shower pipe no VMC and no smoke detector although it is mandatory otherwise very friendly welcome

Very good reception. Check-in is quick and efficient. However, reception only opens at 17:00 p.m. The room & bathroom were clean, the bedding excellent. Ideal for a business stopover.

We have stayed at the Fasthotel many times. There is always very good communication by email before arrival and the receptionist is helpful and speaks English. We did find this time that the shower head fixing was broken and we had to hold the shower so this needs fixing in room 7. Otherwise all good!

A very warm welcome, but in terms of the cleanliness of the room, we really do not recommend it, mold in the shower, the shower curtain very very dirty, bad experience, I will not set foot in this hotel again, which is a shame because the owner of the hotel is very pleasant and very kind

We usually use this hotel on our way back by ferry. Close to the port. In case of late arrival (after check in closes), they send the codes required for access the day before.

From the welcome you receive upon arrival to your departure, everything is perfect! And I'm not even talking about the cleanliness of the room and the meals worthy of a great restaurant! The best thing for me is the excellent interaction with the staff that makes you feel important!
Everything is done to come back and that with your eyes closed! Thank you for everything!

Not the cleanest hotel, bathroom was spotlessly clean, bedding was clean. To be honest for the price not too bad

The hotel is good value for money. In need of renovation, but for the price is good. The dog meeting customers from the car is fantastic. It made our stay. Veronique was very friendly and helpful. Great instructions and even a call after we went. 100% asset to the hotel. Don't forget to take your own pillow and a treat for the Labrador??

You address me as 'onbekend Smits' (önknown Smits), which is quit insnulting, hotel is very close to highway A16, arrival and departure are vey easy, that's reason for us to return next year, see yo!

What a lovely surprise, the friendly, helpful welcome, the very clean room and the evening barbecue on the terrace, I honestly recommend it 1000%.
I have been on the road for 20 years and have rarely experienced such a performance.

Cheap and cheerful you get what you pay for the bed was a bit hard for some people but shower room was good and the shower was very good.
Breakfast was as expected but a sign to tell where the fridge was for the milk, meat, cheese etc would be useful but was enough bread, croissants and Panna chocolate with jams and other cereal etc
Staff were friendly.

The hotel was poor the bedroom pillows flat and lumpy the shower curtain heavily stained the remote for the TV did not work. I would not use this hotel again

Good for a hotel of this type. The big reservation is the evening meal. The casserole: 3 mussels fighting a duel with 3 pieces of fish in rice, all in insufficient quantity. A piece of chocolate fondant from Leclerc. Normally in a restaurant of this type for what I took I get away with 25 €, here almost 30 € and not great.

Very clean hotel with secure parking, very convenient for our ferry departures and arrivals. Small detail: the pillows would need to be "re-plumped".

Price-quality is balanced. Anyway, track of serious bloody things on the wall are unnecessary and very gross. While making reservations there was no note the bar and restaurant wouldn't be open but that was exactly the case.

It was one of the best experiences in my life. I only wanted a hotel to sleep because I had an early departure. This hotel checked all the boxes. Combined with an amazing customer service, I was more than satisfied with my hotel room.

To avoid!!! a hotel without hot water....

To spend a night at a lower cost, it's okay. But that's it. When you arrive at the reception, you are greeted by a big dog that can be scary (but nice). Of course with this not very pleasant dog smell. The shower is clean but the walls and skirting boards of the room (stained) need a good coat of paint. The television hung on the wall with the electrical wires exposed. The carpet in the corridors and in the rooms is not very hygienic. When you enter the room, a musty smell reigns there. We had to open the window and spray perfume to breathe in the cleanliness. I'm not talking about the soundproofing where you can hear the TV and the discussions in the neighboring rooms. Hotel without maintenance or improvement work, which can be described as a dormitory hotel. To sum up, one night is okay but that's it. As the other one says, you always get what you pay for.

Very friendly on reception with good English. Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed due to holidays in the middle of holiday season but the gentleman on reception directed me to places to eat just 4 minutes away by car.
Room was clean with fresh linen and towels.
Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbors talking loudly and banging the window open and shut until well after midnight making it hard to fall asleep. (Not the hotels fault).
Would use again.
