The bedroom outlets don't work
Doors are very heavy to open because the jacks are too tight. Shower towels are too thin and too small.

Very pleasant breakfast with varied products, we really appreciated it.
Regarding the room, disappointing for us, apart from the mattress which was perfect.
The shower and bedroom are extremely small, the VMC is not cleaned and lacks a wardrobe...
The reception is satisfactory.

Welcoming hostess immediately puts the customer at ease to laugh, very nice little hotel Shops nearby like Auchan, action, Primark, restaurant and others, possibility also 10/15 min walk to take a walk at the foot of the slag heaps voiles gravire, bus line 19 and 23 at the foot of the hotel, other buses like the B1, B7, 15 etc are located opposite Auchan. Extremely basic hotel.
The rooms are clean but very small. It is freezing in the common areas.
No possibility to make coffee as there is no electric kettle. However, a paid coffee machine is available in the entrance hall.
The bathroom is cramped, it takes a very long time to get lukewarm water, I skipped the shower and went to take it elsewhere (because I had the possibility).
Valid for one or two nights, not much more. However, note the very friendly welcome from the receptionist.

Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant surprise of not having hot water when I got up in the morning. The pillows were yellow and breakfast is not breakfast for me.

Friendly welcome. We met a very drunk person sitting on the stairs. Very noisy the first night, people talking loudly and smoking in the hallway. The smell of smoke coming into our room. The 1nd night was more satisfactory

Very pleasant and welcoming staff.. comfortable room.. but, I did not want to stay there very long (other guests hanging clothes on the balconies, smells of tobacco in the corridors, not very clean coffee machines, mold on the bathroom curtains)
