problem with the entrance and room access card, have your phone outside to be able to call.
average breakfast, one day without pastries, the other without bread. the manager is friendly and helpful but should move forward towards the customer which I had found in other fasthotels
otherwise for one night it's good.

Friendly welcome. We met a very drunk person sitting on the stairs. Very noisy the first night, people talking loudly and smoking in the hallway. The smell of smoke coming into our room. The 1nd night was more satisfactory

Very pleasant and welcoming staff.. comfortable room.. but, I did not want to stay there very long (other guests hanging clothes on the balconies, smells of tobacco in the corridors, not very clean coffee machines, mold on the bathroom curtains)

Problem with customers who arrive in the middle of the night or leave early and have no respect for others....
Lack of separation doors to block the noise from the stairwell, otherwise well soundproofed externally because of the motorway and railway line (not heard from inside)

Very good value for money if you are not too demanding. I spent 2 good nights. Less appreciated the "bathroom/toilets" model camper. You don't have to be tall and strong. Very good if you are just passing through and are looking for a place to sleep, not difficult and you don't want to spend a fortune.

Sheets on the bunkbeds were dirty and stained. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was tiny and cramped.

When I arrived I was told that the room was ready and that the cleaning had just been finished except that the shower had clearly not been cleaned, the floor was dirty and had a lot of hair. I find this unacceptable for a hotel that the hygiene level is so poor. I cleaned the shower myself before being able to take one, I will not go back and do not recommend it to anyone.

The entrance and the staircase were not clean, the room was very small and very sober for our night... the heating was damaged, no decoration. It didn't smell clean. Too bad, I hope the lady is not the only one working in this hotel.
A little change would be beneficial.
