The negative points:
The rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear the noises, conversations and TV from other rooms as well as the constant passing of vehicles on the ring road which is located next to the hotel.

Average quality hotel, but the price is right: €49,00 for one night, including breakfast.
Very good welcome from the staff, very good breakfast.
Room clean overall except for the shower which had black marks on the edges.
Clean toilet bowl but seat was moving (very surprised at the time!) and toilet cleaning brush very dirty.
Clean bed and sheets, good cleaning in the room.
Very average soundproofing (very pronounced footsteps in the room above and echo from the TV in a neighboring room). Not recommended for light sleepers.

Small room, cleanliness needs improvement. Light doesn't work. No towel rack in the bathroom. Door doesn't close. You have to lock it or the door opens (the latch doesn't work). No soundproofing, it's like sleeping with the window open or with the neighbor. Unbearable noise from the four-lane highway.

For a stopover, this hotel is perfectly adequate. When we arrived on a scorching day, the room wasn't too hot; the staff had lowered the blinds and spontaneously offered us a fan. For breakfast, a simple baguette of the day would be nice.

Hotel to avoid! Room on the verge of dilapidation - had to repair the leaking flush - mold in the shower and very noisy because it is on the 4-way side.
we had booked 2 nights and returned the keys in the mailbox after the first night and asked to be accommodated with the family

Very pleasant stay in this hotel chain that I discovered during my trip to Vendée. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Sheets, bathrooms and towels are impeccable. The price for one night is reasonable. I was very well received and the breakfast is more than adequate for a small price of six euros. I highly recommend this Fasthotel chain for a one or two night stop. Many thanks again to the staff who were very attentive to my needs.
