Attentive staff, concerned about your well-being
If we pass through Laval, we will definitely return.
The only thing that could use a little more space is the shower cubicle.

One power outlet for the entire room
No lamp that lights up the whole room: only one lamp in the bathroom, one on the dressing table and two lamps on the bedside table

Except for the "plastic cabin facilities" (without shower curtain) the room is good enough to spend a few days.
The shover is hot, the mattress is of gpod quality and the little office corner is big enough to work.
On synny afternoons after work I enjoyed spending some time at the little terras behin the reception area.
Although many of the rooms were occupied during my stay, it was never noisy or messy.
The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They speak English well.
Having the Buffalo Grill next door is also very convenient.
Price/quality relationship is great!
I spent 5 nights there while working in town and would return there when needed.

But..hotel building very old and no sound insulation!!!
The nights are not restful, even if the room neighbors are not noisy.

Clean and functional room, quiet.
