The other particular attention to your excellent staff who really make guests feel valued and cared for. No matter what you do, you have very very kind staff members, so make them happy and recognize their efforts.
The room was comfortable but needed more cleaning. Air conditioning is an absolute MUST since the room traps heat and the only window is not sufficient to evacuate the heat. Thanks
