The Fasthôtel Annecy Seynod - A FH Confort hotel is ten minutes from the city center of Annecy and Lake Annecy. The first ski slopes are 16 km away! Quick access to Geneva, 1/2 hour away. Evening stopovers and stays between the lake and the mountains in winter and summer.

The reception is open Monday from 7:30 am to 21 pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 21 pm, Friday from 6:30 am to 20 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 14 pm and from 16 pm to 20 pm, Sunday from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 17:30 pm to 20 pm, and on public holidays from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 17:30 pm to 20 pm. Outside reception opening hours, an automatic key dispenser by credit card is at your disposal.

The very warm welcome quickly makes us forget that the rooms are a little small (but after all, it's for sleeping so there's enough space?)
The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the bedding is remarkable.

Excellent hotel with an attractive price. The rooms are pleasant. Only small downside: the soundproofing (you can even hear the conversations of people outside). Closed parking but the spaces are not wide enough. Otherwise it is a hotel that we really liked.

A real favorite for this room. I appreciated the cleanliness and the pretty decor, a real little cocoon and very well heated which is more than appreciable. Room upstairs, very quiet. The staff was great, fast and efficient. I will definitely book here again for a future getaway. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, TOP quality/price ratio. The room is a bit small for three but we know what to expect so no surprises. The little surprise was the two twin beds pushed together to make a large bed.... we didn't expect that.
The night was pleasant, quiet environment, good quality mattress, access to television and internet are highly appreciated.

Small downside on the bedding, we found hairs and fur on the beds. There was also a dead insect in a corner of the room under the desk.

Good value for money when you're outside all day, it's minimalist, we arrived after reception closed, the system is working, the room was very warm which made us happy after a very cold day

avoid rooms near the exterior stairs leading to the upper floors, too much noise from other visitors using them (early morning and late evening), the hotel has little to do with this lack of manners
Reduced space in the room around the bed

Good quality bedding and nice closed parking

Limited space in the bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) but functional if you are not too demanding

The size of the room and shower is just right. The room is very clean and smells great. When you go out during the day, when you come back the bed is made and the cleaning too. The welcome is great, smiling and friendly staff. For breakfast there is everything you need. Small downside for the internet which is not super strong but it is only a detail personally. I recommend and I will surely come back.

Hotel super accessible by bus 3 Monts stop right at the entrance of the hotel which allowed us to access the center of Annecy in 30min without paying the prices of hotels in the center. Super advantageous. Room clean and tidy on arrival. water, wifi (free), sockets all worked perfectly. The receptionist and other staff members were all super friendly. 0 complaints. I recommend especially if you are passing through for one night.

Very well located hotel for visiting, 10 minutes by car from Annecy. The price-quality ratio is perfect. We slept there for 1 night, comfortable bedding. Full breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Impeccable welcome. The linens were clean, the room too. On the other hand, the bathroom is not practical, having to pass the squeegee after each passage in a closed room, which inevitably leads to mold. Although this can be avoided by simply scrubbing with a brush.

Very good reception, only downside the PMR room is not really easy because the shower floods the whole room and suddenly is very slippery...and in addition if someone takes a shower the other walks in the water to go to the toilet...otherwise it is very good value for money

Good hotel, very good welcome, room as in the photos, more than enough to stay one or two nights.
However, there is a rather unpleasant smell upon arrival (vanilla which camouflages a damp/musty smell), which is a shame.
