The reception is open Monday from 7:30 am to 21 pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 21 pm, Friday from 6:30 am to 20 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 14 pm and from 16 pm to 20 pm, Sunday from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 17:30 pm to 20 pm, and on public holidays from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 17:30 pm to 20 pm. Our hotel benefits from a convenient location with excellent road access:
From the A41 motorway – Exit 16 “Annecy Sud”, follow signs for Chambéry / RN 201, then turn right near the Renault garage towards ZA des Césardes and continue straight for approximately 3 km to the hotel. It is close to the main roads to Geneva (approximately 35 km) and ski resorts such as La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. Bus lines 3 and 12 are accessible, with stops about a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. Annecy train station is only about 5 km away and easily accessible by taxi, bus, or car.
Geneva Airport is about a 35–40 minute drive away.

The room and staff were welcoming, but there were a few minor issues with the room: the heating turned off early in the morning, and there was a noticeable humidity, especially the smell of damp wood paneling and parquet flooring. The beds weren't comfortable, but they were slumbering. Overall, the hotel is very inexpensive and only 10 minutes from Annecy. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

A special mention goes to the receptionists, who were lovely, smiling, professional, and very attentive. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Clean room and comfortable bedding, private parking, easy access to the hotel.
The bathroom is cramped, but functional.
The room is admittedly "small," but for just two nights, it's sufficient for me. The rest of the time we're visiting Annecy and the surrounding area.
I recommend this hotel.

The room is small; you can't even pass each other. The shower/toilet area is very cramped. The furniture is extremely basic. You should only go there to sleep, nothing more.

I've stayed in more expensive hotels and rooms have been worse

A bit far from Annecy, in a mixed industrial and residential area. As a result, you need a car for getting around, or a shuttle to Annecy train station. But the breakfast is very good, the pastries exceptional (the pain au chocolat is delicious!), local products, and a pleasant dining room. The private parking lot in front of the rooms closes at night, which is also a plus. The bed is perfect, no aches or pains upon waking! Friendly welcome. Convenient for a short stay.

I only realized after booking that there was no air conditioning in the room, and despite the fan, it was stiflingly hot. Very noisy (industrial area) with constant truck traffic. The hotel itself is rather charming, but the floorboards and mattress springs creak. In short, it's fine for a one-night stay, but not for anything longer.
Very good and plentiful breakfast.
