TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 - The following general conditions are the only ones applicable to the Fasthôtel loyalty program. They cancel and replace the previous versions.
2 - This program is only valid in participating Fasthôtel hotels.
3 - The loyalty program offered by the Fasthôtel hotel group to its customers allows them to benefit from discount vouchers.
4 - The customer participating in the Fasthôtel loyalty program accumulates points, for each night paid and upon verification of their membership in the program at the hotel reception: 1 night in a 1, 2 or 3-star hotel: 2 points. Your loyalty benefits according to the levels: 10st level at 1 points: €60 reduction; 20nd level at 2 points: €120 reduction; 50rd level at 3 points: €180 reduction. In each hotel, the customer participating in the Fasthôtel loyalty program benefits from preferential advantages specific to each establishment.
5 - Only customers who have booked directly by telephone, e-mail or on the fasthotel.com websites can benefit from the specific advantages of the loyalty program.
6 - The points accumulated are only valid for the overnight stay, they do not include catering services and other expenses. A stay corresponds to a visit to a hotel for a minimum of one night. Two consecutive nights are considered a stay.
7 - In order to protect customers against the use of personal information concerning them, they are informed by the establishment of the filing (declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties under number 60954) of the information requested from them as well as the successive discounts and/or advantages granted to them, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. The information collected through the form that the customer has completed is necessary to respond to the customer's requests, and is intended for Fasthôtel, the data controller, for administrative and commercial management purposes as well as for its contractual partners who contribute to the proper management of the loyalty program. They allow Fasthôtel to send the customer, via email, commercial proposals solely related to Fasthôtel's activity, likely to interest them and this in compliance with the following provisions. The customer is thus aware of the optional nature of the information requested, of the natural or legal persons receiving this information, namely any service provider or partner chosen by the establishment, and of the existence of a right of access and rectification, upon simple request addressed to the establishment's head office, in accordance with Article 27 paragraph 2 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the establishment collects and processes the personal data of members holding the loyalty account in accordance with the “Data Protection” Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, consolidated on January 27, 2015, in Article L34-5 of the Postal and Electronic Communications Code which stipulates that only active opt-in authorizes the sending of electronic messages (therefore SMS messages are concerned in the same way as emails) to natural persons. To the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ref. EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016. When opening their loyalty account through the establishment, the customer is invited to read these general conditions on the back of the loyalty system membership form. The establishment reserves the right not to open a loyalty account if the contact details are incomplete or not legible (optical reading). The customer may, at any time, indicate that they no longer wish to receive such messages, by clicking on the link provided for this purpose, present when sending emails or by contacting directly at the address mentioned below: SCNH Fasthôtel, 3 allée des tilleuls 27400 Heudebouville.
8 - Use of the loyalty account implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions on the part of the user.
9 - Fasthôtel reserves the right to remove or modify the benefit of its loyalty program at any time. Information will be given to customers at the point of sale.
